This professionally rebuilt Caterpillar 3116 cylinder head is remanufactured to OEM specifications. Each head is completely disassembled, hot-tanked, and visually inspected. The head deck is resurfaced to OEM flatness specifications. New valves, valve guides, valve seats, valve stem seals, and head bolts are installed. The assembled head is pressure tested to 90 PSI before shipment.
